Safety Reminders

Run Legends is a physical game. It is important to stay safe as you play.

Consult a physician before beginning a new fitness plan. Incorrect or excessive training can result in serious injury or death. If you experience faintness, chest pain, or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult a physician.

Additional Tips

  • Don't forget to wear appropriate clothing and shoes.

  • Do some warm-ups prior to moving. Stretch and walk a bit to get your breathing and heart rate up a bit.

  • Watch where you are going while you are playing. Stay alert!

  • Do some cool-downs when the mission is over. Stretch, and keep walking a bit slower to begin calming your body.

  • Remember to stay hydrated.
