Our principles

Run Legends is built around the core mission of making fitness fun. Our primary focus will always be the fun of our players, so rewards for players will be a secondary focus. However, we are planning on giving players the ability to own tradeable in-game assets.

Assets will be acquired by participating in the community and becoming skilled players in the game. We aim to make Run Legends a game that can follow you from your first steps in your fitness journey to your most challenging accomplishments.

Gameplay Skill over Physical Skill

Run Legends rewards players based on overall game performance, rather than physical capability. A player's in game-performance is the direct result of strategic choices they make along with their physical effort as measured by in-game pace phases that are calibrated by the player.

Fitness-first

Both paying players and free players have to participate in workout battles to progress. You can't buy your way past the workout.

Social-first

The game is social at its core - players can play together synchronously as well as asynchronously in certain game modes.

Free to Play

We want players to be able to start playing our game without encountering any barriers.
